This year, we are launching our new cookery, wine and culture
courses hosted by the Seghetti-Panichi family on their private
estate in Le Marche only a few minutes drive from the Adriatic
Sea. We are offering four and five day courses in this very
romantic and still little known tourist area of Italy during
the months of May, June and November in 2006.

You arrive at
Ancona airport to be collected with others in your party and
taken by mini bus to the Borgo Storico at Castel di Lame where
you will stay in a beautiful self contained apartment. Cookery
courses will take place in the private family restaurant and
you will also visit local vineyards to taste the wines and
meet the families who produce them.
Site-seeing tours to nearby Offida and the ancient city of
Ascoli Piceno are also provided and you will be taken everywhere
by minibus so no need to worry about driving - especially
with so many beautiful wines to taste! |

accommodation is excellent with first class living standards
in all apartments and a private swimming pool for guests,

with dinner accompanied by wines produced by the Seghetti-Panichi
family is also provided at La Crossette, a highly regarded
local seafood restaurant in nearby San Benedetto. |

For parties of eight people booking together, there
is a discount of £25 for each person.
Price includes all meals, local trips and accommodation. Air
